Federal Public Service Commission FPSC
Federal Public Service Commission has the mandate to conduct, supervise and manage the exams for the candidates, who seek employment in the departments and ministries, which come under administrative control of Federal government. FPSC normally announces the vacant posts in the federal government departments and ministries from time to time through their publication of advertisements in print and electronic media. Then FPSC arranges the exams of the eligible and desired candidates and prepares the FPSC CSS result of the candidates & select the qualified candidates.
Federal Public Service Commission has the prime responsibility to conduct the Civil Superior Services Exams (CSS) for the appointment of the candidates on the grade 17 posts in the federal departments, police, customs, railways, DMG, accounts, audit departments and postal services. FPSC conducts these exams annually and asks the candidates to submit their application forms. FPSC has maintained the syllabus of all subjects and the candidates have to study these syllabuses to appear in the exams and pass these subjects. The candidates, who qualify in the written test, they can appear in the interview, medical and psychological test. The final qualified students are appointed on different posts in different departments after giving them one year training in the civil service academy.
